March 2, 2008= Whom it may concern: My husband and I met Sharon Seligman when touring an open house in August, 2007. Because she was very helpful in answering our questions, even going so far as to explain some things we didn't know to ask about, we felt very comfortable in signing a Buyer's Representation Agreement with her.
